Damiano & Bruce Get Called To Hostel Duty

Today saw male students of St. Mary's College of Education go head to head in a college derby which saw St. James hostel carry the day after beating St. Micheal hostel in the first game 2-1 and went on to beat the boarding house students 3-1 in the final. 

The tournament was characterized by a lot of enthusiasm from all students including the College Secretary General Mr. Mubiana J who joined in the training an hour before gracing the event together with the College Chairman General His Excellency Mr. Chimwanda.

As the tournament got underway, the most feared team in the tournament St. Micheal with the likes of Mr. Senzo and Mr. Kafwanka in the defense line, Mr. Mwansa, Mr. Bernaldo and Mr. Nicole with supports from Mr. Kasase and Mr. Wisdom who was the striker in today's squad hoping to break duck after a two game goal drought. The team also featured Mr. Habongwe, the computer genie and Mr. Derrick as the right back.

The first game was the meeting of the giants, St. Micheal against St. James who won 2-1 with goals coming from Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Damiano and a goal from Mr. Nicole on the side of St. Micheal.

The second game was St. Anthony v Bording House Students. The favorites of this game, the Boarding House Students, turned out to be victorious as they beat their fierce rivals 3-1 after leading.
